1. RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. If you do, tell your friends… and, if something isn’t right, tell us!
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items postmarked within 30 days of delivery (use date of the last shipment in your order if there are multiple shipments).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you don’t see emails from us after starting your return, please check your spam folder.

Araucas Shop will refund your purchase in the original method of payment.Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of the day you receive your items (If you’ve received multiple shipments, this is the date the final shipment was received).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the US, return shipping in the amount of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, customer may ship with their courier of choice.
Once we receive your original item(s) and your package is processed, you will receive a credit in the form of your original payment for the purchase price of your item, less $5.99 return shipping (US customers).
After starting your return by sending us an email following those steps above if you do not receive emails with instructions or prepaid postage label (US customers), please check your spam folder.
2. REFUNDS
Refund- A refund will be sent back to you for the product value only. The shipping amount will not be credited back.
Exchange- We will exchange the product for you and we will not charge you to ship the item you are exchanging for.
Store Credit- A store credit will be put onto your account for the full product amount along with the original shipping charges.
Please allow 3-7 business days after tracking shows delivered to us for your Refund or Store Credit to be sent. Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your exchange for your exchanged item to arrive.
